OB DESCRIPTION
Work in call center receiving calls from agents and/or customers regarding service affecting issues.
 
Job Description:
•Coordinate and assist in technical calls with customers, vendors, and client technicians as needed to identify and resolve equipment problems
•Coordinate testing schedule and assist Customer Project Managers, local exchange companies, and/or client technicians to isolate and resolve network or customer equipment problems
•Interface with internal departments (Provisioning, billing, sales, Client work center supervision, etc)
Troubleshooting skills involving T1 circuits is also required.
