DATA MANAGER – Trenton, NJ
Key responsibilities
· Support the Office of Reporting and Information Management as necessary
- Lead data analysis and reporting efforts for multiple stakeholders
- Work with program stakeholders to elicit interim and long-term data warehouse and reporting requirements
- Liaise with multiple contractors to match data sources with program data warehouse and reporting requirements
- Develop and implement independent quality assurance verification protocols for reporting and data analysis efforts
- Perform workflow analysis and optimization tasks as necessary
Basic Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field
- Excellent verbal, oral, interpersonal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service orientation and outstanding level of professionalism.
Skills
· At least 3 years of experience organizing complex data sets, providing data verification and QC, and creating/delivering reports and presentations that provide information to support senior-level management decisions
· Prior experience defining, implementing, managing, and optimizing both interim and permanent workflow processes
- Advanced skills with MS Office Suite (focus on Excel/Access/Visio)
- Attention to detail and a focus on data quality
- Information and data architecture experience a plus
