Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products Company is currently recruiting for a Part-Time Quality Systems Analyst II for External Manufacturing QA Compliance located in Skillman, NJ.

The Quality Systems Analyst II - External Manufacturing QA (PT) is responsible for ensuring ongoing Contract QA compliance management functions are met, with the primary function of managing (maintaining and developing) the documentation systems for Marketed Product Stability (MPS) data and Annual Drug Product Reviews (ADPR's). In addition, the incumbent is responsible for administration of the electronic quality system used for management of Investigations, Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions, Change Controls and Audits. Responsibilities include generating and reviewing periodic reports of key quality indicators, providing analysis of data to QA management and other functional groups and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications


A minimum of a High School diploma or is required. A Bachelors degree is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of related experience in a cosmetic, OTC or pharmaceutical industry is required. Prior experience and a demonstrated ability in documentation management systems is required. Experience with EtQ is preferred. The ability to read/interpret/understand written policies, procedures, and instructions is required. Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office applications is essential. Advanced experience in SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, and Access is highly preferred. Strong data analysis skills are required.

Careful attention to detail and accuracy of work is essential. This position requires an individual who can multi-task, adapt to changes in daily workload and priorities, and function in a cross-functional team setting. Ability to be self-directed and/or work in a team-based environment with minimal supervision is required. The ability to effectively communicate and present information and instruction to peers and/or management representatives within a group or individual setting is required.

This is a part-time position (20 hours/week). The role requires up to 10% travel and is located in Skillman, NJ.
