High Potential Restaurant Manager (Food Service)
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of all FOH/BOH functions and rotate an assigned area of responsibility while providing an exceptional dining experience for our customers. This will include the appearance and presentation of the dining room and bar and leadership of all employees, including bartenders, waitstaff, bussers, hosts and cooks.
Your specific duties as an Restaurant Manager will include:
- Assisting in the hiring and training and development of restaurant employees
- Enforcing safety and sanitary practices, maintenance and regulatory compliance for the restaurant
- Ensuring that employees adhere to all operational basics and standards with total commitment and passion
- Assisting with staffing levels and shift assignments
- Setting excellent customer service and work examples
- Responding to guest comments and seeking opportunities to build guest count
- Assisting with budgetary and other financial responsibilities
- Maintaining and demonstrating knowledge of the entire menu and its preparation (scratch kitchen)
- Maintaining current and accurate collateral in FOH areas
- Engaging in community and market-related opportunities at the restaurant
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High Potential Restaurant Manager (Food Service)

Specific qualifications for the position include:
- 3 years minimum of salaried restaurant management experience (Full Casual Dining, Quick Serve, Fast Casual, Casual Plus, Steakhouse, etc)
- Strong Culinary Experience - hands on BOH exposure
- STABLE work history
- Previous experience in full service/casual dining with exposure to kitchen management
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Willingness to relocate within the region or beyond, a plus
- Bilingual, a plus
- Basic computer proficiency, preferred
