TEMP PROCUREMENT ADMINISTRATION ANALYST

Our client, a leading health care system, is seeking a temporary Procurement Administration Analyst to assist with preparing bid and contract documents, preparing purchases, and monitoring billing on payments. Responsibilities include:
· Participating in budgetary planning and reviewing operating costs.
· Processing and monitoring payment of departmental invoices.
· Discussing payment questions with vendors and internal department personnel.
· Developing and maintaining various budget reports.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
· 5+ years’ experience in the fields of administration, office management, methods analysis, systems analysis, and documentation.
· Knowledge of E.D.P. applications, systems analysis methodologies, data management, and information retrieval techniques.
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
· Superior research and writing skills.
