•Providing assistance on ad-hoc projects
•Mail merges for investor notifications including capital calls and distributions
•Responding to investor related issues and questions
•Managing and reconciling outstanding communications, documents, capital contributions and distributions
•Filing and organizing various plan documents and projects
•Working with vendors and training team members
Who we're looking for
• 3-6 years of experience
• Big 4 accounting background
• GPA 3.5 and above
• Industry/partnership experience
• Experience within private equity funds a plus
• Written/verbal communication skills
• Very organized
• Proactive approach and ability to work well in a team environment
