Who we're looking for
? Create a project plan to support the achievement of critical milestones identified for their work stream
? Track business group activities within their work stream and ensure appropriate status updates are provided by business leads
? Provide the VPO with weekly status updates on completion of milestones for their work stream
? Complete timely escalation of issues and risks to the VPO and/or other work stream leads
? Notify the VPO of budgetary concerns and/or needs related to their work stream
? Communicate key decisions that are needed to ensure continue progress toward completion of objectives
? Proactively work with VPO, other work stream leads, business leads and support areas to meet challenges and reduce the overall potential impact to the successful implementation of the initiative
? Enter information into SharePoint lists for tracking purposes and upload documents as needed
? Participate in the design of lists, libraries, and/or sites on SharePoint in support of the initiative
