3. Represent the region as a key player on the global Digital team, to ensure Tiffany.com is a flagship for the brand globally, delivering greater efficacy within a marketing driven organization, and concurrently delivering strong sales results in the North America region.
4. Deliver insightful category and competitive analysis that helps shape strategic and operational eCommerce program
5. Develop annual calendars that work synergistically with all elements of the marketing mix (developed by the Brand) to deliver a holistic message to the consumer, inclusive of CRM programs
6. Determine the most effective vehicles to drive sales and build brand equity
7. Deliver game changing data based strategic solutions to business issues and challenges that are presented on a day to day basis through exceptional business analytics
8. Build organizational capability in the category through data based consumer insight development and education
9. Deliver operational efficiencies that help the eCommerce program work smartly
Who we're looking for
- 8 years of experience in eCommerce and a leaderhsip role
- Candidates will have proven experience working in global matrix organizations, where championing the needs of a region can be worked in concert with global brand building behaviors and principles. Forming strong relationships with other work groups will be essential.
Key Interfaces will be: North America Marketing Directors, NA Retail Leadership, Global CRM Leadership, Global IT...
- Advanced experience with capabilities such as Omniture and Google Analytics is essential
- Role reports to VP Marketing North America
