Regional Clinical Director, Enterprise Sales

Position Overview
 
The Regional Clinical Director, Enterprise Sales Group will be responsible for providing clinical oversight and direction to the Clinical Intake Managers (“CIMs”) in assigned locations to ensure consistency of program goal achievement and direction throughout the region. The candidate will provide key leadership in facilitating and promoting the achievement of the VNSNY mission of the highest quality of customer service to internal and external customers. 
 
In addition, the Regional Clinical Director, Enterprise Sales Group will assume following responsibilities:
 
* Act as a clinical expert and liaison, in providing clinical and operational leadership, guidelines, support and direction to CIMs and Home Care Consultants (“HCC”)/Intake Coordinators (“IC”). 
* Develop staff through individual and team coaching; involve staff in the process of self-development; facilitate regular staff meetings to hear staff updates and concerns; and offer guidance, input and suggestions on best practices.  
 * Communicate position expectations and hold staff accountable for meeting expectations and goals, and   ensure the timely preparation and submission of annual staff evaluations.
* Work with Regional Account Director in the overall budgeting process by preparing forecasts/projections. 
* Analyze and help resolve complex clinical and financial case management problems in collaboration with teams, clinical specialists and Regional Director when necessary.
* Perform all duties inherent in a managerial role such as hiring, developing, evaluating staff and collaborate with Regional Account Director and HR, when necessary to counsel and terminate staff.
 
The Ideal Candidate will have:
 
* Licensure and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in NYS
* Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Nursing, Health Care or Human Services
* Masters Degree preferred
* Minimum of four years experience in community health, health care administration, LTHHCP or discharge planning
* Minimum of three years clinical management experience, preferably with intake staff
* Strong clinical knowledge with understanding of regulatory requirements that govern home care practices, policies and reimbursement  
* Strong group facilitation skills with exceptional leadership ability and knowledge of the business
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
