Our showroom works exclusively with interior designers, decorators and architects offering the best of fine fabrics, home furnishings and accessories.
In this highly visible position you will perform a variety or greeting and hosting services. Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering and directing incoming calls, utilizing the AS400 system to identify accounts, opening accounts and assisting showroom staff with special events and projects. Will also perform general administrative duties including excel spreadsheets and client visit log and maintaining reports.
Qualifications include at least two years customer service and/or reception experience preferably in a showroom environment. Must have excellent customer service and organizational skills as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks. Textile knowledge and/or industry experience as well as general computer skills highly desired.
