Graphic Designer • Women’s Fashion Retail Brand
Premier intimate apparel company seeks a creative, conceptual and innovative visual designer to join
our corporate in-house marketing and advertising team. Hands on ability to design visual solutions
for marketing campaigns and collateral that maintain the brand aesthetics and also translate to online
business. Must have up-to-date graphics skills in both traditional print design and production as well
as digital and web requirements. Awareness of the retail/consumer experience and the digital consumer experience a plus. Postion reports to Director of Creative Services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Director of Creative Services in all facets of busy inhouse marketing department from national
advertising, retail marketing collateral, product education and online digital asset creation for eCommerce business
Concept, design, and production of engaging marketing materials such as print ads, store display
signage, hangtags, catalogs, sales education, sales presentation materials and digital assets such as
emails, web banners, espots
Responsible for weekly production of website updates and emails.
Ability to contribute to copy, concept and proofread own work
Maintain relationships with vendors and seek cost efficient methods to produce materials
Manage image library and archive materials both printed and digital
Must be able to work with various departments within the company from sales, eCommerce, retail,
merchandising and purchasing.
Coordinate details for photo shoots from budget, model selection, etc
Oversee retouching and traffic print production
Contribute to creative ideation and knowledge of new technology that can be applied to advertiser
based experiences
QUALIFICATIONS:
Online portfolio of work that demonstrates strong design skills and a modern retail sensibility,
as well as an example of your design thought process.
4 year degree in a creative field.
3-5 years of print and interactive design experience.
Strong organization and communication skills. Strong attention to detail.
Must be proficient in Mac software and systems
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and relevant industry tools)
Knowledge of web and print standards
Team player with passion for design and business with a strong work ethic
