JOB DESCRIPTION
Major, Lindsey & Africa’s Solutions Practice Group is seeking a Corporate Tax Attorney for an interim role with a leading entertainment software development & gaming corporation incorporated in New York, NY.
Overview: The interim Corporate Tax Attorney’s role will be to support the VP of Global Tax in implementing new domestic & international corporate tax policies and procedures. Experience with project management and working with the business units and finance & accounting to ensure domestic and international tax responsibilities adhere to standards and regulations. Experience with tax due diligence projects and tax planning and researching. General Domestic and International Corporate Tax matters (filing, due diligence, compliance)

Compensation: Compensation is competitive and will be commensurate with experience.
Experience: 5+ years of substantial relevant experience or equivalent is desired.

Bar: Admitted in good standing to the bar of any state, with the ability or eligibility to practice law in the state of New York.
