About the Job

Facilities management nationwide provider seeks an experienced sales professional with an established record of success. Must be an assertive, results oriented, self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently & cooperatively.

Responsibilities:
  • Secure business with new clients
  • Develop exponential business with existing clients
  • Represent the company at trade association meetings
  • Communicate to prospective and current clients sales offerings as defined by current company sales programs
  • Analyze customer trend lines and business practices
  • Identify and convert opportunities from analysis
  • Interface with operations to provide clients with optimum service levels
  • Resolve client issues regarding service and/or invoice dispute
  • Forecasting business lines

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or 3-5 years industry related experience
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Excellent written skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong presentation and networking skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks on schedule
  • 50% travel
  • Experience in construction/facilities a plus
  • Experience in retail environment a plus
