Facilities management nationwide provider seeks an experienced sales professional with an established record of success. Must be an assertive, results oriented, self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently & cooperatively.
Responsibilities:
- Secure business with new clients
- Develop exponential business with existing clients
- Represent the company at trade association meetings
- Communicate to prospective and current clients sales offerings as defined by current company sales programs
- Analyze customer trend lines and business practices
- Identify and convert opportunities from analysis
- Interface with operations to provide clients with optimum service levels
- Resolve client issues regarding service and/or invoice dispute
- Forecasting business lines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and/or 3-5 years industry related experience
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Excellent written skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong presentation and networking skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle multiple tasks on schedule
- 50% travel
- Experience in construction/facilities a plus
- Experience in retail environment a plus
