Requirements:
- Aggressive and organized sales personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to interact with all levels of personnel in a professional manner
- Able to creatively solve problems and work independently
- Must be able to manage multiple channel accounts
Preferred Qualifications:
- General Dental Field Knowledge
- An understanding of Digital 2D and 3D X-Ray equipment
- Familiarity with Dental Hand Pieces and Materials
- Previous interaction with J. Morita USA Distribution Channels
- Bachelor Degree and/or 4 years of work experience in the US Dental Market
Job Responsibilities:
- Promote J. Morita Equipment and Materials, especially digital x-ray 2D, 3D CBCT, as well as Er:YAG Laser unit in North America through J. Morita USA's established distribution channels
- Achieve monthly sales goals for the specified territory of assignment
- Effectively communicate and negotiate with all accounts
- Co-travel and train Dealer Sales Representatives
- Conduct branch level product trainings
- Travel to assigned trade shows and sales events
- Support sales promotions portfolio wide
- Assist National Sales Manager and VP of Merchandise Sales in executing the strategy within the assigned territory
This position handles the NortheastTerritories, requires a home office, and reports to the National Sales Manager for Large Equipment and to the Vice President of Merchandise Sales for Small Equipment and Consumables based out of the Corporate Headquarters in Irvine, CA.
