About the Job
We are one of the top real estate teams in the country, located in Short Hills NJ, and are in need of a dynamite inside sales person/ telemarketer to make prospecting calls for our rapidly growing real estate team.
You must have exceptional phone skills, enjoy making 100 calls a day, and be the type of person who gets excited every time you set an appointment. You have a fire in your belly and you don't give up. You're extremely organized with great follow up skills. You come off as genuine, are great at instantly developing rapport and you have a strong track record of closing for the appointment. You're very purposeful in your conversations and it's fun for you.
Candidate must live locally to Short Hills NJ, and be able to commute to the office. Compensation will consist of Salary + Bonuses.

The Sue Adler Team has been the No. 1 Keller Williams Team in New Jersey for nine years running, and is currently #8 in the country, averaging a sold house once almost every three days. We are seeking career minded individuals who are committed to excellence in client service. This is NOT a part time position. You must be willing to work nights and weekends.
