Job: SEO Manager

About the Job

The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager is responsible for two primary functions of the Yodle product offering:

Oversee delivery of SEO industry expertise to customers of our YBN CenterMark offering, which offers a unique, best-in-class franchise marketing solution for corporate and franchisee stakeholders

Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to identify and pursue product improvement opportunities

He/she will work closely with team members within the Sales and Client Services departments to collect user and market feedback, which will be critical in the strategic consideration of our entire YBN CenterMark offering.

Responsibilities

  • Engage YBN Sales team in developing and executing a streamlined process through the entire sales cycle
  • Collaborate with YBN Client Services team to bring industry expertise in developing solutions for our customers
  • Deliver high-quality, industry leading SEO consultative services to YBN clients, internal and external
  • Own the success of all YBN customer SEO campaigns from concept through fulfillment and iteration
  • Deliver user and market feedback to Product Management and other key stakeholders
  • Identify, prioritize and suggest key SEO tactics for quantitative testing so as to improve product performance
  • Manage and develop a team of SEO consultants to support all YBN business development initiatives include sale and proposal process for corporate prospects
  • Exhibit personal and professional responsibility in driving key corporate culture values and competencies

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant industry (SEO) experience
  • A bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university or similar work experience
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics
  • Planning and organizing around multiple projects/initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collect, process and act on quantitative and qualitative data
  • Intelligence to quickly learn, synthesize and retain a constant flow of new information and feedback
  • Attention to detail during all aspects of sales cycle and consultative services delivery process
  • The interpersonal flexibility to gracefully navigate a dynamic, high-growth organization
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely is a must
  • Previous involvement in building a high-scale SEO offering is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with varying deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
