Our Business Model
Stealth Startup: We are currently building a marketplacefor investors to pool money online and buy shares of commercial real estate loans. Similar to Lending Club and Prosper, except the loans are secured by prime real estate. In addition, we provide investors with greater liquidity through our patent pending marketplace that combines primary and secondary markets. This platform will bethe first of its kind!
About Us
The founders have extensive experience in technology and real estate industry.They have built many successful startups. We are about to kick off our first loan. We are looking to hire a handful of entrepreneurial Inside Salesperson / Account Manager. This is ground floor opportunity withexcellent base salary, commission, and equity.
Responsibilities:
· Making high volume of outbound calls to investors to participate in our marketplace (website) and invest in our loans.
· Maintain and grow current and potential client relationships
· Achieve and exceed monthly quotas
· Occasional travel around tri-state area may be required.
· 3+ years in sales, ideally selling financial products to professionals and high net worth individuals.
· Ability to succeed within a high volume sales environment: prospecting, cold calling, building pipelines and closing business.
· Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
· Team player with strong time management and organizational skills
· Ability to manage own workload independently, multi-task, and prioritize effectively
· Excellent communications skills
· BA / BS degree - in sales, marketing or communications preferred (or comparable experience)
