Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, participates in all aspects of recruitment efforts.
- Source, identify, screen, select, interview, and qualify applicants.
- *In charge of making phone calls, sending emails, attending job fairs and other-recruitment driven initiatives (e.g. visiting Churches/Colleges Re. recruitment).
- *Attract and build a diverse pipeline of talented applicants.
- *Responsible for conducting and scheduling interviews.
- *Set-up, follow-up and organize new applicant data.
- *Log interviews into ATS (daily) and re-confirm scheduled appointments.
- * Review all applicant documentation (documents/data for accuracy), and perform a full range of clerical duties.
*Verify employment references, certifications, and DOH background checks on all new hires.
Skills/Requirements
The successful candiate will possess the following:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and a either 1-2 years recruitment experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Spanish speaking strongly preferred.
