POSITION DESCRIPTION Licensed Commercial Lines Customer Service Rep / CSR We currently have a need for 2 Licensed Commercial Lines Customer Service Reps, CSR’s to assist our client with New and Existing Commercial Line Business. You will be responsible for quoting new business prospects through carrier websites and/or of submission of applications, entering information into the agency management system     ( AMS ), handle renewal quotes, provide necessary service to new and existing customers as needed and the proven ability to convert prospects to customers. These are Long Term Assignments that could lead to Permanent Employment In order to be considered, you must have: • Prior commercial insurance experience in agency setting • Licensed PA Property & Casualty Insurance agent • Knowledge of AMS360 and / or Applied is a major plus • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office products • Ability to perform general clerical duties as needed • Ability to follow the agency procedures and workflows The clients are looking for candidates with excellent problem solving and people skills. The hours will be 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday (with is some flexibility) Salary will be commensurate with experience. More Info and Application
