Carrier Negotiator

As part of this the Multiband Team, you will be responsible for working with the four major wireless carriers. Your primary responsibility is to understand the carrier’s needs and requirements and develop long-term relationships with them accordingly to ensure the successful installation of DAS system sales to our clients - complete negotiations between Multiband and the carriers so the Carriers finance the cellular DAS systems our clients require to improve their wireless communications throughout their building/campus. Continuous communication with the Carriers is a must to ensure good working relationships are maintained. The position will require documenting a summary of the process into a database. Prior experience negotiating with the carriers is required - proof of successful carrier negations resulting in carrier participation in neutral host system is a must.

The main duties of this position will be:
- Responsible for working with the major telecommunication carriers to negotiate the sale of DAS systems to our clients
- Ensuring appropriate procedures and processes are followed to deliver a fully functioning DAS system sale to our clients
- Ability to handle carrier issues and communicate them to sales, engineering and management
- Ability to give professional feedback to management on how to make the negotiations process better – match carrier needs to system sales process
Qualified candidates will possess the following requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience working for or with a carrier strongly preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in DAS or wireless communications is preferred
• 2 or 4 year degree required or at least 3 years equivalent experience preferred
• Strong background in MS excel, MS Word, and MS Office
• Must be detail-oriented, organized and methodical
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• Ability to handle constant change
