Our Direct Client, a Leading Corporate and Investment Bank, is looking for and IT Identity and Access Analyst.

The role of Identity and Access Analyst is to ensure the goals of the Access Management process are achieved. The main objective is to grant authorized users the right to use a service while preventing access to non-authorized users in order to protect the information and IT resources on the following dimensions:

Confidentiality (Only authorized users have access to the information)
Integrity (Information is accurate and up to date)
Availability (Information is available when appropriate)

Role Specific Responsibilities
- Facilitates the provisioning of access to applications, infrastructure, databases, operating systems, network devices as per established procedures
- Managing generic account provisioning process
- Facilitates the review of access /attestation processes
- Ensures compliance with the Access Management process, policies and procedures
- Review and update of the procedures as required
- Support troubleshooting applications with Identity or Access Management related issues
- Logging, categorization and prioritizing of Access requests
- Access request review and verification
- Access request closure after verification
- Maintain Identity and Access Management Key Performance metrics as needed and manage reporting

Business Partnership
- Maintain working relationships with the business and other IT teams (local and corporate)
- Maintain a working relationship with HR to ensure that changes in employment information are communicated to reflect access changes

Knowledge Sharing / Management
- Understand the full scope of the Identity and Access Management process
- Share / leverage successful products, processes and best practices across technology
- Drive initiatives to proactively support knowledge sharing within the technology organization, business and corporate leadership teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement by leveraging quality improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, etc.)
- Develop guidelines and procedures and disseminate to technology teams
- Continuously enhance knowledge/expertise in own area and keep current with industry trends
- Continuously enhance knowledge of the TD application, systems and infrastructure components that can contribute to effective solution development / delivery
- Monthly attestation duties include research/question/approval of access via email

MUST HAVE:
- at least 2 years of IT related work experience in Identity and Access Management
- Identity and Access Management process experience
- Microsoft Skills: Excel (vlookup) and DB or query tool data
- Ability to participate in applications needing standard Identity or Access Management interfaces
- experience in querying data from various sources (CSV, XLS) SQL query skills preferred
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal / relationship management skills
- College degree, or specialized training / equivalent work experience

Nice to have:
- similar experience with EMC (Aveksa)
- Capital Market experience
- attestation experience
