A financial services firm is searching for a Business Analyst to join their team!
Role Responsibilities:
-Responsible for interfacing between groups and working together on product requirements, design, development, testing and overall quality management.
-Gather, filter and clarify development requirements.
-Consult with project managers to resolve project issues and help manage the progress of projects.
-Coordinate and lead requirements gathering sessions with multiple development teams to ensure that cross functional requirements needs are met.
-Work with QA to help develop test plans and assist with UAT testing.
-Assist support teams with technical questions and assist in maintaining the issue-tracking database.
Role Requirements:
-3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
-Requirements gathering experience, including use and test cases.
-Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
-Demonstrate appropriate time management and project planning skills.
-Prior experience in financial services a plus!
-Bachelor's degree is required.
Base salary up to $110K + full comprehensive benefits package!
