The Bloomberg Aptitude Test (BAT) is a global, online test that allows students to gain insight into the areas of finance for which they are best suited and connects them with employers to discuss career opportunities.

This position requires selling the benefits of the Talent Search to corporate recruiters and Bloomberg Professional Service clients who are looking for entry level talent.

You will be joining a focused and agile team, with frequent involvement in various global projects. The position will be based at Bloomberg LP's New York headquarters.

Responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting calls to develop new business. - Lead qualification through a combination of phone and email outreach - Arranging client visits/Webex to introduce and promote the Bloomberg Talent Search. - Closing license arrangements with prospects.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years business to business selling experience, with the ability to build and maintain solid client relationships. - Results oriented with the ability to manage all aspects of new account selling: cold calling, networking, prospecting, third-party relationship management and closing. - Self motivated and able to manage own time. - Ability to solve problems quickly with an emphasis on taking action - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Adaptability to movement within a fast paced business environment - Willingness to be involved in special global projects.

Desirable:
- Strong understanding of the undergraduate and graduate University system - Knowledge/experience selling in the recruitment technology space an advantage - Experience selling to senior decision makers in HR/Recruitment.
