BOOKKEEPER 
FULL CHARGE  AP/AR MANAGER
For our fast growing P&O (Prosthetic and Orthotic) business

Full-charge bookkeeper to manage the company's A/P and A/R.
Responsibilities:
* Directly oversee high volume of accounts payable
* Record payments and bank deposits
* Maintain listing of A/P and A/R
* Coordinate with affiliated locations to ensure accurate posting and timely payment
    of shared invoices and proper assignment of liability
* Process payroll via ADP
* Provide manager with necessary reports related to payroll/account
    receivable/accounts payable/bank reconciliation
 * Assist with the monthly/yearly closing process
 Required Skills:
• Strong, demonstrated bookkeeping knowledge
• Strong computer skills - Candidates must be willing and able to learna proprietary
    medical billing and accounting software package.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Motivation to complete tasks on time and with a very high degree of accuracy
• Time management and organizational skills
• Recent ADP payroll processing experience
 Experience/Education:

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• College degree preferred
