•Working with administrators on monthly and quarterly closings. Review of trial balances and related support
•Calculate and review quarterly management fee and carried interest waterfall calculations
•Prepare/review capital call and distribution calculations and notices as well as the preparation/review of rebalancing schedules
•Review fund expenses for accuracy and coordinate booking of accruals and payments
•Preparation and review of investor statements and individual capital partner statements
•Preparation of weekly cash and capital reports
•Manage the funds' cash balances to determine the need for capital calls, distributions.
•Preparation and review of quarterly and annual GAAP financial statements and disclosure notes
•Facilitatation of wires and cash management to fund investments
•Monthly fund reporting and projects including IRRs, yields, and investor queries
Who we're looking for
• 5-8 years of experience
• Bachelors degree in Accounting
• Public and private mix preferred
• Private equity or hedge fund accounting experience required
