Digital/ Interactive Producer
360i (www.360i.com ) is looking for an Producer to add to our growing Client Engagement team in New York, NY. This person will manage large enterprise-level website design and development projects through the full project lifecycle. The ideal candidate must possess an advanced understanding of project management tools and best-practice methodology to manage complex, web-based projects and the flexibility to lead diverse and dynamic teams to deliver balanced integrated digital solutions to our client's challenging business problems. The successful candidate will use their superior problem solving skills, business acumen, and excellent relationship building skills, as well as strong leadership and team management skills.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years project management experience in a software, consulting or web development client services environment or interactive agency 
  • Has managed $750K+ digital projects (such a medium to large consumer-facing website development and design projects) 
  • Working knowledge of web and application development, web design and digital marketing is critical 
  • Experience with mobile application development and social media a huge plus 
  • Ability to represent entire team's breadth of work to client 
  • Ability to manage short and long term projects in fast-paced, agency environment 
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams, including creative, technical & functional resources 
  • Successful history of client contact particularly experience in setting and managing client expectations 
  • Demonstrated competence in effective communication across multiple teams, levels and companies (clients, partners and 360i) 
  • Demonstrated ability to grow account by building and growing a mutually rewarding client relationship 
  • Viable candidates must demonstrate exceptional client interaction skills, a professional demeanor, thought leadership, flexibility, and the ability to handle the uncertainties associated with a consulting environment 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
