JOB DESCRIPTION
SFDC / Salesforce.com - Business Analyst - New York - $60-85/hr
A major SFDC / Salesforce.com end user within the technology industry is seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Business Analyst to be responsible for full scope administration of SFDC, including Opportunity, Closed Sales, Forecasting and Pipeline management as well as Campaign and Lead management processes.
The contract role will be responsible for:
•Support over 250 users across various teams within the organization, and collaborate with business stakeholders
•Analyzing and implementing enhancements, creating validation and workflow rules, building ad hoc reports and troubleshooting issues with SFDC plug-in applications
•Define best practices in conjunction with third party applications
Ideal candidates for this role will have the following skills and experience:
•At least 4 years of hands-on SFDC / Salesforce.com experience
•Full software development life cycle experience
•Experience with Eloqua a major plus
