Job Description:
Our client, a leader in the mobile advertising industry is currently seeking an outgoing administrator to join their office management team. This role is ideal for a candidate looking to take foundational support experience with an internship or educational environment to the next level to kick-start their career.

Responsibilities include:
- Answering the phone and greeting guests
- Providing direct support to the Office Manager, including assisting with facilities and supplies
- Utilizing Microsoft Office in support of the office as a whole
- Calendar and scheduling support using Outlook
- Light executive support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field a must!
- An outgoing, cheerful personality and phone demeanor
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Outstanding communication skills and a willingness to learn
