J & J Snack Foods Corp., a leading manufacturer of nutritional snack foods, is looking for a full-time, experienced and dependable Maintenance Manager to work in our Pennsauken, NJ facility.

Managerial experience
•Minimum 5 years Maintenance Management experience, preferably in the bakery or general food manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated knowledge of managing costs.
• Solid conflict resolution skills.
• Well developed skills in managing and measuring.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate and lead change.

Job-related experience
•Knowledge of FDA, HACCP, GMPs, SQF, Food Security and Food Safety requirements.

• Ability to facilitate change and involve employees to continually improve manufacturing processes.
• Experience in the implementation or management of a CMMS program (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
