Vitra is a High-End Furniture manufacturer looking for a Store Manager with a strong background in luxury retail and a passion for furniture.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Your primary directive:
Provide the highest level of customer service
Must be a team player who is  highly motivated, professional and fun.
Keep staff motivated to make daily and monthly goals.
Ensure the store in attaining it's monthly goals.
Maintain a beautiful store making sure it is running efficiently and to its highest potential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide exceptional customer service.
Develop and maintain effective selling techniques; monitor sales; train, coach, motivate, develop and challenge staff toward increasing productivity while providing excellent customer service.
Build clientele by contacting and maintaining ongoing relationships.
Maintain an impeccable selling floor presentation, ensuring that the merchandize is presented in a neat and tidy fashion.
Oversee all store operations.
Ensure policies and procedures are being adhered to at all times.

REQUIRED:Minimum 4 years of high-end furniture experience.
Previous management experience in high-level customer service oriented retail environment.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills are essential.
Excellent time management skills.
Highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.  This means you can execute the operational side of managing the business:  scheduling, inventory integrity, store maintenance, etc. while fulfilling your role in Sales and Team Management.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Strong computer skills.
