Description
Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products Company Division of Johnson & Johnson Consumer Companies, Inc. is currently recruiting for a Sr. Manager, Program Management located in Skillman, NJ.
Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products Company Division of Johnson & Johnson Consumer Companies, Inc. develops and markets baby care, wound care and skin care products that address the needs of consumers and health care professionals and incorporate the latest innovations. The portfolio includes heritage brands JOHNSON’S® Baby and BAND-AID® Brand, as well as leading skin care brands such as AVEENO® and CLEAN & CLEAR®.
The Sr. Manager, Program Management will lead regional teams in the execution of key programs and groups of projects focusing on identification, business case development, securing resources and funding, execution and full implementation of programs focused on increasing the value of the supply chain specifically related to direct materials, product/material design changes, compliance, change management, material logistics, production technologies and governance. The goal is the on-time, on-budget and on-quality implementation of programs and projects that deliver on quality & compliance, reliability, customer service and value. This person will also have responsibility for driving improvement in process to implement key programs and projects in NA.

Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree and 9 years of experience in key New Product related functions such as Engineering, R&D, Marketing, Product/Process Design, Finance, Procurement, Sales or Supply Chain is required. A Master’s degree and 7 years of the aforementioned experience is preferred.
Project/Program Management experience is required.
Experience developing and commercializing new products in a GMP and regulated environment (Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Diagnostics, or Consumer Products) is preferred.
Experience in transitioning an end to end supply chain from current state to future state, with focus on assuring reliability of product supply during the transition is preferred.
Experience in Strategic Sourcing is a is preferred.
Experience working in a manufacturing plant is preferred.
Experience managing and working with a multi-regional and multi-functional teams in a matrixed environment is preferred.
Experience working analytically with processes and results by leveraging Process Excellence Tools such as Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing/Design Excellence is highly preferred.
A solid business knowledge, sound judgment, strong technical, communication, leadership, influencing, and change management skills are all preferred.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills required.
Labor Relations knowledge and experience is preferred.
At times, this position will require up to 50% domestic travel.
