Sales Associate - Executive Cellular Phones

Executive Cellular Phones, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer™, is currently seeking self-motivated, highly energetic individuals to join our dynamic sales team.  We are one of the Tri-State area's largest wireless retailer for T-Mobile™.  Originally founded in 1996, we now have nearly 36 wireless retail stores throughout the area.  Our goal is to make the customer satisfied.  Our dedicated, highly trained staff will determine what services and products are best for each and every customer.

We ask our Sales force to execute the following responsibilities to achieve objectives:

·         Building a community of loyal customers who return to the store for service, support, and future purchases of products, services, and accessories

·         Working in a sales-driven environment where financial rewards are based on metrics results

·         Well-versed and educated on products and services in a rapid changing environment

·         Performing Operational duties of a location

·         Maintaining merchandising and visual standards

·         Analyzing and reporting on business results and trends

·         Creating and modifying business plans to achieve goals

·         Extraordinary customer service commitment

·         Strong sales characteristics and skills, including presentation skills, qualifying skills, fundamental technical knowledge, overcoming objections and closing.

·         Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

·         Interpersonal savvy when interacting with internal employees, external customers, and virtual team members

·         Ability to work independently

·         Flexibility in a dynamic retail environment

·         Problem solving abilities
