Location:

Responsibilities
·         Administer internal accounting processes including invoicing, AP, AR, collections, and maintain company books using QuickBooks
·         Review employee submitted time and expense reports to ensure compliance with company time, travel and expense policies, approve reports, download and process reports in QuickBooks, produce summary reports and statements for management
·         Receive, organize, and manageall inbound mail and company emailcommunications
·         Answer phones and maintain high standards of timeliness andresponsiveness to client needs
·         Assist the HR executive with employee processes such as onboarding,benefits enrollmentsand termination; serve as administrative liaison with employees
·         Maintain employee records in company systems, including QuickBooks,ADP Payroll,eBility, and Expensify
·         Maintain office supplies inventory, marketing material inventory, and business equipment requisition
·         Organize & file all physical, hard copy company documents
·         Serve as liaison with landlord for office facilities
·         Represent Elevate HR, Inc. in a professional and ethical manner at all times

Requirements
·         BA/BS degree in Business, English, Communications or related field
·         Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport with a diverse workforce in multicultural settings
·         Computer literacy, including proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks 
·         Working knowledge of social media platforms
·         Ability to set daily and weekly prioritiesmanage multiple assignments and tasks
·         Superior written and oral communication skills
