This position is a one year contract opportunity. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing newly developed marketing programs and advertising campaigns including facilitating copy approvals, handling production, delivery and inventory of sales tools as well as veterinarian and pet owner literature. Responsibilities for Marketing Coordinator include but are not limited to the following: •Plan meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments. •Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing marketing data such as web analytics, social media listening, program statistics and sales data. •Monitor budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. •He or she may be called upon to review and edit marketing materials across all mediums. Job Experience: Marketing Coordinator candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration: • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, animal health or life science • At least 2 years marketing experience • Knowledge of or strong interest in pet healthcare • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. • Must be highly analytical and detail oriented. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and able to quickly acclimate to new software systems. • Be able to operate under pressure. • Good project management skills. • Ability to manage a campaign/launch budget. • Team player - works to ensure team goals are met or exceeded. • Pharmaceutical experience required • Experience with MLR submissions Click on Apply Now to be considered for this position or any other Marketing Coordinator related job opportunities with Adecco.
