Fulton, Friedman & Gullace, LLP, a multi-state consumer collections law firm seeks managing attorney for New Jersey office. Must be admitted to practice and in good standing with the bar in New Jersey The successful candidate will possess excellent organization skills, familiarity with courtroom and civil procedure throughout New Jersey, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Candidate must be able to work independently and to professionally interact with staff, opposing counsel and the courts. Responsibilities will include day-to-day management of the New Jersey office, regular court appearances, and general supervision of the firm's legal process in New Jersey.
