    Role Purpose This role will report to the SVP Employment Contracts & Employee Relations. This individual will be responsible for development, analysis and execution of the Company's employee relations programs and practices.

    Responsibilities

    • Work with business leadership and HR teams to develop, implement and monitor positive workforce practices and strategies that are aligned with business goals

    • Organize and conduct corporate-wide and business-specific training programs and initiatives to promote and support positive workforce management

    • Plan and facilitate employee feedback sessions and counsel management on creating and effectuating appropriate responses

    • Analyze existing and planned corporate employee policies, practices and initiatives to assess effect on employees and to promote internal and external equity

    • Remain current on developments in NLRB election procedures and assist businesses in their implementation

    Qualifications


    • Related Bachelor's degree (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations or Industrial/Organizational Psychology)

    • Minimum 3 years business, HR, legal or other similar experience

    • Experience managing corporate labor relations

    • Experience with National Labor Relations Board procedures, including election and unfair labor practice charge proceedings

    • Prior experience of leading and designing communication strategy and engagement to promote a positive work climate

    • General knowledge/understanding of employment and labor laws, employee relations concepts, leadership development, performance management, organizational development and compensation philosophy

    • Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to quickly and effectively build relationships across diverse employee groups, from senior leaders to front-line employees and supervisors

    • Ability to handle extremely sensitive and confidential information with discretion
