About the Job
In-house career opportunity for an experienced attorney with pharmaceutical or biotech experience. We are looking for someone with strong experience negotiating and managing contracts and handling vendor management and dispute resolution. Other responsibilities include Corporate Governance, SEC compliance and managing draft 34 Act documents.
Specific Responsibilities include:
•Support contracting team involved in outsourcing contracts in negotiation of agreements
•Draft and review wide range of domestic and international commercial and corporate agreements
•Draft and review 34 Act documents and other SEC documents
•Handle special projects and provide legal advice as needed
Qualifications include:
JD and bar admission to at least one state.
At least five years of experience in house and/or at a law firm with experience working in pharmaceutical or biotech companies or contract experience in a public pharmaceutical or biotech company or at a law firm reviewing and drafting SEC filings
