Phaidon International is an awarding winning global recruitment company with 4 international offices (London, New York, Singapore and Zurich) with plans to open a further 4 international offices within the next 12 months.
Our New York Office has grown by 133% in the past year and we now plan to grow this by a further 150% in the next year alongside opening an office in San Francisco. We need YOU to help us drive business forward across America!
Job Responsibilities:
- Working independently to develop business, increase your client base and increase revenue for the company by bringing new clients on board
- Sourcing new candidates through advertisements, head-hunting, searching on databases and obtaining referrals
- Qualifying candidates against the job specification
- Arranging interviews with clients, chasing up feedback from both sides, negotiating the terms and conditions of contract

- A strong desire to be part of a winning team
- A desire to work and be successful within a sales environment.
- Sales experience is a great bonus!
