E-Commerce Planning Analyst
Loehmann’s, the iconic retailer of discounted designer fashions, is looking for an ECommerce Planning Analyst. The analyst will be responsible for the compilation and reporting of financial data. They will act as the liaison between Buyers, the Distribution Center, Finance and the ECommerce team to ensure a strong in stock position, improve turn and limit the liability of aging inventory and markdowns. Responsibilities: Support in the collection and reporting of financial data Track weekly performance of key metrics and provide recap to senior management Maintain year over year trend comparisons and other ad hoc reporting Data mining of sales from various internal databases and sources Identify opportunities to eliminate report/data redundancy Manage the distribution of daily/weekly sales reports Coordinate with merchants to validate vendor shipments for promotional events Develop departmental and classification level sales profiles to support plans Identify areas not meeting in-stock goals and research key drivers of the issue through Access queries Run Access queries to analyze the assortment and make recommendations to the planning and buying team Qualifications: Strong analytical background with 1-2 years of ECommerce planning experience Advanced Excel and Access skills Excellent communication, organizational and problem solving skills Willingness to learn new systems Ability to develop results oriented analysis Flexible and able to manage multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines The aptitude to follow instructions while offering suggestions for improvements Fast learner that can work independently and drive solutions with minimal supervision Highly motivated Loehmann's is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
