we need a computer dispatcher who can handle multi radio & able to justify CARS BY GPS system which is installed in our company system
Responsibilities
• Arrange teleconferences
• Calculate billing charges and record billing information
• Consult printed directories
• Operate computerized directory listing systems
• Operate telephone systems to advance/complete customers' calls
• Provide emergency services
• Relay phone service to people with disabilities
Education
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Qualifications
• Experience in a related field
Skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Good computer skills
• Knowledge of telephone systems
• Speaks clearly
