About the Job
Technical Leader:
· As a leading member of the technology team, advise clients and account teams on technology strategy and vision.
· Collaborate closely with other practice leads to translate business goals and requirements into executable and elegant solutions
· Assess and engage development partners and platforms
· Proactively suggest areas to collaborate on new products and capabilities and be a source of knowledge for the Biz Dev team
· Attend conferences, workshops on behalf of Company

Technical Oversight:
Technical Oversight:
· Oversee development progress of internal teams and external technical partners to ensure high quality deliveries and scopes that match original estimates
· Solve technical problems (large and small) as they arise.
· Mentor Tech Leads and Producers
· Work closely with the creative team to ensure best interaction/creative solutions.
· Act as a primary technical contact for clients.
Requirements:
· 7+ years of experience in a digital, creative or advertising agency in a technical role, working on a variety of digital engagements.
· Experience with Mobile IA, development, approach, feasibility.
· 5+ years hands-on experience with LAMP stack and front-end development including javascript, ajax and various js libraries.
· Expert-level knowledge in Web 2.0 technologies including AJAX, social networking and blog platforms, widget development, mobile and emerging digital interfaces.
· Must have an excellent understanding of best practices across technologies (client/server-side, QA, analytics, hosting, deployment, project management etc.)
· Broad Range of experience with social platforms and APIs including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and others.
· Advanced ability to analyze business requirements to determine and assess feasibility, options, and risk
· Proven ability to manage large scale technology projects successfully
