About the position and responsibilities:
Job Description:
- Minimum 6-8 years of IT experience with exposure to Data Conversion / Migration, Analysis and Technical Design.
- Excellent Verbal & Written communication skills and ability to work independently with diverse group of users, managers and subject matter experts.
- Ability to proactively communicate and collaborate with External/Internal customers to analyze functional and technical requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate into Technical Specs.
- Excellent knowledge of SDLC concepts & exposure to project management activities.
- Conduct reviews of project documents including requirements, technical design and prototypes, test plan and test cases.
- Provide support technical guidance to Team members.
Technical Skill Sets:
- Strong SQL Experience with Oracle (or similar RDBMS).
- Experience in Database analysis with complex systems.
- Knowledge of ETL process.
Preferred Skill Sets:
- Knowledge of Media & Entertainment Industry.
- Prior development skills as Technical Lead/Analyst.
Candidates:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree
- Must have a stable career background
