- Work closely with IT Departments and Life Science customers to ensure all data and business migration requirements are well defined, documented, achieved and accurate.
- Performs analysis of the data migration data sets to the current layouts
- Perform testing and business/data analysis of the data sets and systems (e.g., NUC360) to ensure compliance to data migration requirements
- Performs testing of the data integration processes (e.g., files -> stage, through VIBE, extracts, etc.)
- Ensures business scope and data boundaries are clearly defined and tested appropriately
- Works with all aspects of the data migration processes and requirement
- Supports/Lead testing of the SHS hosted reporting environment to ensure compatibility of data, BOBJ reports, etc.
- Supports testing of new design features and functionality needed for the data migration activities, as needed
- Works with external vendors (e.g., Cegedim, Synygy, etc) as warranted
- Works with the Test Leads and business owners to create System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts
- Creates the updates a traceability matrix
- Works with Data Governance/Change Management in coordinating testing of applicable extracts/components with external vendors (e.g., ZS)
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor degree preferably in Business Administration, Health Sciences, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
- Pharma/ Health Care experience required
- Large system & data conversion experience required
- Must have strong working knowledge analyzing Data Models
- Must have experience in tracking requirements, defects, risks and post implementation issues.
- Must have experience in streamlining and creating user interface prototypes, process flows and report specifications for optimum user experience and system performance.
- Using System Analysis & Design must be able to perform detailed analysis of business/technical problems and create use case specifications and UML models such as Class, Object, Sequence, and Activity Diagrams.
- Must have experience in creating user acceptance test cases, and conditioning test data.
