Supplier Enablement has been identified as one of the top priorities for Commercial Card to achieve its client commitments and revenue growth objectives. The Commercial Card Supplier Enablement Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Supplier Enablement Project Managers from sales through implementation. The Analyst will work closely with Supplier Support teams that perform the actual inbound/outbound calling campaigns.



Primary responsibilities include:

• Help Supplier Enablement Project Managers analyze client MVL data and prepare campaigns


• Pull and manipulate data from Operational systems to update Customer Relationship Management System (Salesforce.com) 


• Prepare client progress reports for supplier enrollment


• Prepare weekly executive Dashboards showing supplier enablement progress across commercial card products


• Clean-up inconsistent legacy data


• Perform adhoc data requests using Online systems, Salesforce.com, Excel or Access


• Provide continuous measurement of campaigns/packages and report on results vs targets

  Experience in setting up databases and mining data in Excel and Access


• Setting up forms and reports in Salesforcce.com a plus
