Seeking a temporary attorney focusing on Co-op & Condo matters for NY Office of large NJ firm. Client has many Co-op clients and serves as transfer agent on Co-op closings. Candidate will act as an intermediary between purchaser and seller’s attorneys for Co-operative apartment transfers. Two plus years experience required – and NY Bar is required. Hourly rate is competitive. Position should last through March.
