Job description
· Daily maintenance of Portfolio Surveillance models (Excel based), which includes the input and analysis of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly borrower financials and census reporting, as required by loan covenants.
· Proactively identify and investigate trends, anomalies and early warning signs of deterioration. Closely monitor clients’ operating metrics.
· Track and insure delivery of monthly deliverables.
· Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and design strategies to meet team goals and objectives.
· Maintain Excel files to insure accurate reporting.
· Ability to timely create and generate reports. Ability to perform reconciliations.
· Ad hoc projects as required (Excel based and industry analysis).
· Proactive and solution-oriented.
· Detail oriented and well organized.
· Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel is a must.
· Ability to apply knowledge into practical solutions.
· Ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
· Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Desired Skills and Experience
·Familiarity with loan documents and covenant compliance.
·Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
·Healthcare, ABL and/or reporting exposure a plus.
