CFO - Real Estate
Major real estate company involved in residential, commercial and development is currently seeking a Chief Financial Officer for their dynamic finance department located in New York City.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls and financial reporting for the company.
- Lead all planning, development and implementation of the organization's financial policies relative to accounting, reporting, tax, internal controls and systems.
- Manages treasury, cash management and the Company’s equity and debt deployment.
Provision of analytical measurements and strategic financial advice on the overall direction of the company and each individual project.
Work closely with the entire general management team and engage regularly with the company’s managing partners.
The ideal candidate should have an accounting degree and 5+ years experience as a CFO or Controller from a real estate company.
