Newark Community Health Centers, Inc., FQHC, is a multi-cultural community health and social services organization dedicated to meeting the health care needs of the medically under served in the greater Newark area. We are currently recruiting for:
Adult/ Family Nurse Practitioner AND Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
The Nurse Practitioners serve as members of the NCHC healthcare team which is committed to the delivery of high quality medical care. These jobs are for advanced practice registered nurses who provide comprehensive primary and preventative health care and disease management to individuals within a discipline of certification (Adults/ Family and Pediatrics).
The incumbents in these jobs have routine access to individually identifiable health information including the patients’ entire medical records on a need-to-know basis only. All employees of NCHC are responsible to practice good risk management, quality assurance, and deliver excellent internal and external customer service.
Requirements
Both positions require NJ licenses, as applicable. Malpractice insurance provided under the FTCA.Candidates must have the ability to obtain privileging at local area hospitals. Student loan forgiveness available through the National Health Services Corps, http://nhsc.hrsa.gov.
