•SEC Reporting such as 10K's and 10Q's
•Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports including shareholder reports, executive packages and management reports
•Participate in the annual budgeting process
•Work with auditors on the reporting of various statutory and year end audits
•Reports to controller
Who we're looking for
• Bachelors degree in Accounting
• 5-10 years of experience
• CPA is preferred
• Public accounting experience is required
• Highly organized person with strong communication skills
• Ability to multi-task effectively and have a good work ethic
• Professional and personable in relating to clients and co-workers
