About the Job
An international bank downtown seeks and experienced bank Compliance Project Manager. Required: BA/BS Degree, minimum 5 years experience in bank Project Manager role. Know US broker dealer and banking regulations, plus have good knowledge of Compliance. Know both practical/theory aspects of project management, plus its techniques/tools. Have proven experience in strategic planning, risk/change management. Have problem solving/planning and organizing, plus good interpersonal/communication/delegation, conflict management skills. Able to work under high pressure, team player, reliable self starter. Know MS Project, MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
Duties:
Direct/manage global project from beginning to end. Define project scope, goals, deliverables. Develop project plans and associated communications documents. Communicate project expectations clearly to team members. Define project success/distribute information to involved parties throughout life cycle. Estimate resources/participants needed to achieve project goals. Draft/submit budget proposals. Negotiate with other managers to acquire other staff within company. Set/manage project expectations with team members. Delegate tasks, resolve issues within team. Monitor/report on project progress to related parties. Maintain documentation, manage changes in project scope.
